Strengthen your body. Open your heart. Free your mind. Learn the basics of yoga in a simple, sequential and down-to-earth way. This five-class series is a gentle introduction into poses, practice, philosophy and presence. Though skilled observation, open discussion and body awareness, you will develop a strong foundation to enter any public class and/or build your personal practice with.

Burn baby burn! Awaken your fierce, untamed and expressive selves in a wild fiery flow. This is a series that will challenge and strengthen you through a delicious elixir of physical, mental and spiritual disciplines. A mix of STRONG practices including vinyasa flow, inversions, arm balances, kundalini, acroyoga, tribal dance, cardio, plyometrics + HIIT will r o c k y o u r w o r l d.

Melt into a soft warm puddle of loving nourishment in Sufey Yoga’s four-week WATER SERIES. Each session is infused with live music, sacred mantra, poetry, healing poses and sloooow yum flow, the perfect way to re-balance the body after a big productive week. FAMILY YOGA

$75+gst for a 5-week series (per parent/child pair + $10 for each additional human).

Connect with the whole family through a Sunday morning shakedown full of song, dance, movement and outrageous amounts of fun. Get wild and silly in a fast-paced, imaginative and hearty class full of laughter, drumbeats, music and magic. This is an all-ages practice perfect for family bonding and tribal love!

Pre-requisites: must have a fabulous sense of humour and innate love of play. FULL ADULT PARTICIPATION REQUIRED. Mwah!
