Regarding your practice video, I recognised some poses which I did in an advanced course, but it was too hard and I was aching all over. i am not that flexible. As you ask, I wish for a video with beginner poses, that would be really great and helpful.

I got my yoga pants from a friend in China, but I know that there's a lot of cute harem pants on eBay! I was just checking some out the other day! 😛
