Free Yoga in Prince George, BC

Lovingly taught by graduates of the 200-hour Sufey Yoga Teacher Training (Class of Spring 2016)

Towards the end of every 200-hour Sufey Yoga Teacher Trainingour beloved graduates are each invited to teach three free yoga classes, as a way of saying “thank you” to the communities that welcome us in. We are currently wrapping up our final few weeks in Prince George, BC, and excited to share all that we’ve learned with you! 

Our first round of classes are at the beautiful Krell Wellness Studio (#200 – 513 Ahbau Street).

Chris draws his inspiration from a vagabond spirit, years of traveling and the philosophy of loving a dog. His down to earth nature has been cultivated with self reflection and the teachings of Krishnamurti, Watts and Rilke, a presence which he brings to his class with an open heart and an honest desire to grow.

Enthusiastic about self-care and a really good stretch, Kait is an empathetic teacher focused on bringing greater body positivity and accessibility to yoga. While exposed to a variety of styles, Kait is currently concentrating on teaching Vinyasa and Yin classes… or a fusion of both! In addition to practicing yoga, one of her favourite things to do includes cuddling up with a good book and her two mini-dachshunds.
