My dharma as a teacher is to get fully naked with you— to strip off our safety masks and look bravely at the core of who we are. It is my greatest and humblest service to hold space for soul work: to get honest and raw and real together, to unravel past stories, to move through the expansive shitstorm of human sensation and radical expression. And to see you emerge brighter and shinier and fierce and strong, setting ablaze the darkness with your contagious laughter, that’s the cherry on top of it all.

Above all, my work here is to mirror your love back to you: to delight in your playful innocence, to dance to the beat of your wild and glorious heart, to bow deeply to the wisdom that lives within you.

You are loved exactly as you are.
